What to Expect During a Home Inspection
Frankie Musto 4 years ago

Here's what to expect during a Home inspection;

A home inspector will look at a houses's HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement and structural components, then provide a written report with results.

A home inspection generally takes two to four hour, but may take more time depending on the size of the house.

Make sure you attend the inspection so you can explore your new home in detail and ask questions as you go. No...

Sold in just ONE day, above asking price! 5 offers! Closed within a month.

When a loved one passes, it is extremely tough, not only on the emotional level but it also puts strain on other areas of life as well. Sometimes a loved one passes, leaving behind assets that need to be released.    The mother of Louis's former neighbors passed, and they needed to sell her home. It was their childhood home. There were memories of playing in the garden, little feet running around, favorite nooks in...
Matched Perfectly

It started out as a call from an outside area code...

I don't usually answer those, and they left a message. The caller, Gordon, could not have been nicer and mentioned finding me in an ad from the chamber of commerce that I advertised 2 years prior. He told me that his aunt was at the Bristal's assisted living and it was time to sell her home. I listed the home and had the open house that Sunday.

The Market Will Change But The Sky Isn't Falling

It happened to me... I saw a headline about a real estate market crash and clicked. It didn't take long to see the article was misleading and just click-bate. The article did have one good point however, we have been in an extraordinary market but WILL see a shift.

While being mindful that our area has less drastic shifts then the rest of the country, we are starting to see changes in the market. Prices continue to rise, but at a lower rate, indicating a shift. Alarmist "experts" are pred...
